Requirements: 

• 22 years old with minimum 12 months' over-the-road verifiable tractor/trailer experience 
• Must have valid CDL in state of residence 
• No record of conviction of a felony in last 10 years 
• No more than 3 tickets or accidents in last 3 years 
• No major violation within last 12 months or more than 2 preventable accidents in last 3 years without prior review & written consent of insured committee 
• No record of dishonesty, disorderly conduct or serious misdemeanors within last 5 years 
• Acceptable Comprehensive Safety Analysis & Driver Measuring Systems scores from Pre-Employment Screening Program 
• Passed road test
